Healthcare consulting services are billed under separate contracts. Refunds follow the terms of those agreements.
DISTRIBUTION
Due to the regulated nature of tobacco distribution, all sales and deliveries are final once processed. Exception may apply in cases of documented error by The Epictetus Group
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@theepictetusgroup.com within 7 business days of delivery or service completion
PROCESSING
If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
